CRITERI DI MOBILITA&#8217; INTERNA DEL PERSONALE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Il\u00a0 10 maggio scorso\u00a0 Confintesa F.P. ha\u00a0 sottoscritto\u00a0 il nuovo Accordo sui criteri di mobilit\u00e0 volontaria del personale dipendente del Dipartimento di Giustizia Minorile e di Comunit\u00e0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">E\u2019 prevista pertanto la possibilit\u00e0 di uno Scambio di Ufficio tra il personale appartenente alla stessa figura professionale e viene\u00a0 riconosciuto, in caso di interpello a domanda,\u00a0 un punteggio aggiuntivo per ogni anno di servizio prestato presso la sede di distacco, qualora la domanda di trasferimento sia proposta con riferimento a tale sede.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Viene anche regolamentata l\u2019applicazione temporanea regionale e nazionale su base volontaria, nonch\u00e9 quella in ambito nazionale per esigenze dell\u2019Amministrazione che potr\u00e0 avvenire solo con criteri molto rigorosi (mancanza di figure professionali nella regione, motivate esigenze, previo interpello, periodi limitati, trattamento di missione).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Mettiamo a disposizione l\u2019Accordo sottoscritto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Il referente<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\">Claudia Crudele<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/giustizia.confintesafp.it\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/ACCORDO-CRITERI-MOBILITA-INTERNA-PERSONALE-DGMC.pdf\">ACCORDO CRITERI MOBILITA&#8217;
