\nIl recente DDL 2953 mina pericolosamente le attivit\u00e0 e la professionalit\u00e0 di questi lavoratori.<\/span>
\nPurtroppo da anni vi \u00e8 un lento, costante ed inesorabile tentativo di depauperamento delle mansioni dei funzionari e degli ufficiali giudiziari, con l’intento (neanche troppo mascherato) di trasferirle ad altri, esternalizzandole e a scapito dell’efficienza dello stesso servizio giustizia.<\/span>
\nAbbiamo scritto al Ministero della Giustizia che da troppi anni tace (anche su questo), ora ci aspettiamo una risposta ma nel frattempo possiamo aggiungere che davvero, ora, la misura \u00e8 colma.<\/span>
\nIl “mondo UNEP” \u00e8 pronto a combattere per salvare la professionalit\u00e0 acquisita negli anni e per non farsi sottrarre da societ\u00e0 esterne le proprie competenze.<\/span><\/p>\n

Non mancheranno gli aggiornamenti.<\/span><\/p>\n
